Most bs glitch ever...killed by a door

What happens when the bug occurs? It was just us and one other team at the smallest ring and we were at the door. I had full gold shield and health and walked through the door to only become "boxed" immediately as I passed the threshold....we got that win ROBBED from us because of whatever glitch this is.
What should be happening instead? NOT die from going through a door
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea never seen it happen before but it was only of only a handful of crypto games I have played so idk if somehow thats connected.
