Enter RAM memory size in GB 16GB
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? BensaunaTTV
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? Yes
If yes, can you list them here? Geforce experience
If you disable this software, does that have any effect? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Everywhere
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Looting a box, or right after elimination. Basically whenever I need to use the mouse as a pointer
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know

What happens when the bug occurs? I have a dual monitor setup. Usually when looting and going off to the left where my other monitor is and I click it minimizes the game and puts me onto my other screen. The game is set to full screen, it happens in the menu as well as when I'm looting or just after elimination. It's really, really annoying.
What should be happening instead? The mouse should stay on the screen where the game is and not jump to other screens
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a dual monitor setup and play the game

  • Hi @HansBurgers

I'm afraid this is a pretty common situation with a lot of games in Windows 10. The folks on the Microsoft forums made some suggestions that might help out with this. I'd recommend checking them out when you've got a chance.

Unfortunately there isn't a setting in-game that would force the cursor to lock to that particular display.
