Mouse polling issues

I have exactly the same issue going an now all of a sudden and it makes Apex 100% unplayable because the game process halts when moving mouse. Everything is frozen still if I keep moving mouse and even the in game counter for example in resolution change confirmation dialog gets frozen and continues where it left before started to move the mouse like 10 seconds straight. Other games seem to be normal but Apex is like this all of a sudden and is related to polling rate of mouse.
