Sounds like a issue with your controller. Try using the reset button on the back of the controller to reset your X and Y axis'.
This could be due to dirt, hair, dust etc... In some cases you will simply need to buy a new controller, as they are designed to eventually lose alignment.
i just did that and i still have the problem as i say its happends just in apex i dont have this problem in other games
Only other thing I can think of is reinstall the game. If that doesn't work you are stuck waiting for EA to respond.
