Movement speed on revive

Same issue. Just happened after new patch.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When you are down the speed is reduced because of the crawl, it happens at times that even if someone from your squad revive you the speed is still halved
What should be happening instead? The speed when revived should go back to normal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know the exact steps it has happened to me twice.

I was shot and when revived my speed was halved, i let an enemy kill me hoping that the bug would fix this way but when i was revived again the speed was still halved and neither the jump nor the sprint button worked

Happened to me just now and I lost the match because I couldn't run anywhere.
My teammate started getting me up, moment before they would revive me they stopped (coz they are noob I guess), afterwards they got me up again, all the way to the end of the channeling and I got permanently stuck like I"m using heal or crawling. I could crouch and jump, but move really really slow and couldn't sprint at all.

This also just happened to me. Thankfully I was playing Pathfinder so I was able to grapple around on cool down and I had long ranged weapons, but as soon as this happened I was pretty much useless to my team.

so this happened literally minutes ago, just stopped playing to report this
i was downed, and outside the ring, lifeline revived me, but i could'nt run or walk normally, it's as though im still downed, it's not my computer slowing or anything as everyone around moved at a normal speed
i can still slide, crouch and climb, but with the same slow speed
as i was using bloodhound i tried using my ult because it gives speed buff so i thought it will solve the problem, but no the speed is unaffected whatsoever

Edit: forgot to mention i could still shoot, throw grenades. everything works normally except the movement speed

I also had this like everytime I got revived and it's getting really annoying being revived.

This is kinda taking all the fun away and I hope it doesn't take long to get fixed since the problem is so complex.

Don't have anything against the game but it sure will be annoying to play apex with this current bug in it.

Is this bug for everyone or just a few people or kinda random?
