Same bug happened twice already. Must be something to do with Valentine's day badge achiviement. video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_HLdMbXRgXE&feature=youtu.be
I figured out the issue with the movement speed glitch, it does happen most of the time in revive, but if you die and have your partner respawn you via waypoint, the glitch fixes itself. So it's in between revivie and dying the code glitches or misreads maybe.
