Same thing happened to me as Bangalore. Just landed and couldn't find a gun. Teammate luckily came and saved me and when he revived me I was walking very slow, like I was still at the speed of a downed person. Didn't fix at all which was frustrating. Only has happened once though.
Forgot to mention I was on Xbox when this happened. Squad mates where Pathfinder and Wraith I believe.
