Movement speed on revive

I had the same issue regarding the movement speed, but it didn't seem due to a shield.

I was downed, and after a teammate tried to pick me up, I was still downed. He then revived me again and after that I had the movement speed bug. But I don't know whether him having to pick me up twice was a bug or related to the movement speed bug, or if he just accidentally let go of the revive button right before it finished.
