Movement speed on revive

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. i was dying and needed to be revived

What happens when the bug occurs? when i am downed and then revived i am unable to sprint, the highest speed i can move at is the same as if i was still downed.
What should be happening instead? i should be running at normal speed/corresponding speeds for walk, run, crouch etc
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? descriptive info that might be useful is that when i was downed i used my gray shield for defense, the shield was then destroyed by the enemy and i was shot until left on one hit, i then dropped off a high ledge to be revived, as soon as i was revived i used my health drone my parter was only Gibraltar and that person immediately deployed his shield when i was revived. after healing up i noticed the issue. the weapons i had were pistols, don't know the names but one was a single shot and the other was an auto. all this happened the second time, cant remember what exactly happened the first except being downed, revived, then using the health drone. hopefully when replicated, the same results appear. if you want we can party up for the test, that would be nice just to focus on the issue at hand, run it and determine whether its your system or mine. (i don't get a lot of data, knowing if i absolutely must repair the game if its on my side will be a big help)

After the recent update I've experienced an issue where when i am downed and then revived i am unable to sprint, the highest speed i can move at is the same as if i was still downed. i hardly play with many characters yet so i've only experienced this with lifeline so far.
