Hey @SouDuasNuvens. 

Are you also playing on PC? Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting at all since it started happening?

Yes I'm playing on PC, and I contacted you guys, I received an email with instructions for all the troubleshooting, but I've done it all and nothing changed, I even tried a new computer, and my internet provider changed since it first happened...
