Looking through the DxDiag I didn't notice anything immediately that looks like it would be the likely cause. Have you had a chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference at all? If there's something else running on the PC that could be causing this it may help to get around it.

Same issue locked to london im us westcoast. This started when the bloohound event dropped
Only fix is to run a vpn.

It's interesting that it works without any issues if you're connected to a VPN. Did you have the chance to try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to test and see if that makes any difference at all? I'm curious if there may be something else running on your PC that's causing this to happen, and a Clean Boot may help get around it.

Ok Kent,
Tried that and same issue server locks to London 1. I am in California, my regions are correct. I have tried setting up my router to unpn and apex servers and no change. I have attached the first screen shot of last season and one of this. Trace route didnt help either? I am wonder if this is why I feel like shots don't register in game. Also why I am visually being eliminated behind cover?
Community ManagerHave you had a chance to try changing the DNS settings in Windows to see if that makes a difference? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with similar issues.
You can update the DNS through the TCP/IP Settings in Windows. For more information on how to get there check out the Microsoft Support website. If you choose Manual you can enter the DNS of your choosing. I usually use the public Google DNS (primary DNS: 8.8.8.8, secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different open DNS you would prefer using instead that should be fine as well.
