What happens when the bug occurs? I reached diamond 4 for split 1 & 2 of season 21, after the split ended on the 25/06/2024 it is now showing I reached gold 2 for split 1. Typically I don’t have proof of reaching D4 but I do have proof I was in plat 3 almost a week before split 1 ended. Apparently this is an ongoing bug which has been reported yet I can’t find any related posts nor can I get information about a fix. I’ve attached a screenshot showing I was in plat 3, 21 days ago (17/06/2024) apex tracker also shows I hit diamond the day before the split.
What should be happening instead? Should have received the correct badge for the rank I achieved.

Responding to bump this in hopes devs actually resolve the issue. I had the same thing happen to me. Give us the ranked rewards we earned.

I hope that’s not the case. Didn’t this happen a few seasons ago and get fixed?
The least they could do is acknowledge the issue.
