Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I just got back to the lobby from a ranked match
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just returning to the lobby screen where it shows your RP gain/loss after a game

What happens when the bug occurs? I was silver 2 and I got got -15 rp in a match and when I came back to the menu it deranked me to Bronze 4 for no reason.
What should be happening instead? I should just be losing -15 rp not getting deranked
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t have any screenshots but this is still a major issue I’m done playing the game if I can’t even play ranked
Derank glitch I went from Silver 2 to bronze 4 after losing just 15 RP after a match.
