What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I tried to clic on ranked but it's unable since I started the game. I also got demoted to bronze III

What happens when the bug occurs? I'm unable to play. Even with partners that are demoted as well.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Initialize the game. Click on game mode See a locked rank option with the title "Ranked not initialized. Try restarting"
I restarted the game, even reinstalled it and nothing happened. I also lost my progress in the split and went back to Bronze III. I cannot even play ranked with my teammates that are on that same level!!!!, only pubs.
