Negative Apex Coins

    Hey @Afflickted_n5er,

    We have a bit more information about this situation in our Apex Coins article here, however the only situation where your Apex Coins will go into the negative is when you receive a refund or issue a chargeback for the payment method originally used to purchase those Apex Coins.
     
    In that situation, the equivalent amount of Apex Coins will be removed from your account. If your account does not have a sufficient amount of Apex coins to cover this removal however, then your balance will go into the negative for the remaining amount.

    Depending on when the refund/chargeback was received, there may be a processing period before the funds return to your bank account.

    If you did not personally request a refund/chargeback, you may want to check with anyone else who uses your account or with the owner of the bank account used (if it is not you) in case they requested this.

Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Main screen
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Nothing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Zero
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 05/05/24 12:30 CST
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? It’s showing that I have a negative coin balance (-6,025 coins)
What should be happening instead? I don’t remember how many I had before this happened
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I assume re-add the coins I had before this issue please.

I logged in and it’s showing that I have -6,025 coins for some reason.
