I have the same problem, i own all 7 rewards but the last one is closed, same as yours. I can't find enywhere why it is like that.
I am PC player but i have the same problem.
I can’t even buy all of the rewards 2 of them are unavailable for me even tho having enough nodes.
- @M_Lorenzo98 Are you also from Belgium? This seems to be related to the gambling law where we can't buy packs. But since there are free rewards from playing they should be available for us... As we can also get them for free during other events.
I think some guy who coded this just copied the code from the store and with that copied something that makes these bundles unavailable for us.
I can't believe they're not fixing this.
None of them seem to read this site at all... I posted about it days ago and no reaction at all.
I even emailed their support a few days ago. Today I saw the ticket has been closed and marked as "Fixed" even though they NEVER REPLIED TO IT AND IT STILL ISN'T FIXED. Their support seems to be an absolute joke.
I hope they finally start reading this and fix it right this instant cause we have just 4 days left on the event :/I am not in Belgium, in my country there is no law against buying items from game. But can't understand why in apex last one is closed and wont open if i have all previos rewards.
