Net code error for more than 24 hours

The specialist team is looking at my case right now. Doesn't seem to be getting fixed though and it's been 2 weeks and I'm sick of this already. I'm seriously considering trying to go a legal route at this point. 3000$ on that account easily and they don't care. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any company.

Could someone at EA please offer some insight as to what is happening, oh my god this is insane. All I want is to be able to play on my main account I’ve invested so much in ?? Please for the love of God someone please tell us what’s the update on this code net issue ??

Yeah we're all trying to figure out what is going on here! I can't believe how crappy this is. Like no one cares and it's obvious there's an actual issue going on here.  @EA_David @EA_Aljo 

With the new season starting on Tuesday can some please tell me if none us will actually not be able to play it because of this issue ?. Because we cannot by the battle pass once season 8 releases or anything. I apologize if I sound like an ungrateful person and I’m aware you guys are working on this as best you can but the fact this may be a possibility with the new season quickly approaching is really sad. Because its something I look forward to. The last time I had an issue was with the level 500 bug  that began sometime in the middle of season 3 and it was a horrible time but it was posted on the dev tracker by Garza a community coordinator for respawn in terms of being investigated, but I haven’t seen this issue (code net error) posted on the apex tracker trello page in terms of being investigated so it makes me wonder what to expect on whether I’ll be able to play season 8 on Tuesday.

Are we going to be able to access our accounts for the new season release?

Patience ran out over a week ago. I don’t even know the amount of compensation that would be considered reasonable for all of the people affected by this. You can’t give me a higher rank for the season. You can’t give me back the 12+ hours I spent of my own free time trying to figure this out. What does a little in game currency do towards that? I’ll be contacting Microsoft and forwarding them this thread for context and demanding full refunds for every purchase of apex legends at this point and they can just send you the bill. How this isn’t top priority for a bug fix on respawns end or the fact you can’t even contact them through EA help is absolutely ridiculous. Streamline your help center, it’s trash. I shouldn’t have to go to Twitter to get help with a game produced by a multi billion dollar company. 

Hate to say it man but it appears we’ve been left out to dry. Tomorrow is my day off and if I see code:net as I attempt to play for the first time in over two weeks it will be the last time I load the game. Ever. 

Ive personally had this glitch for almost 3 weeks. The #1 rampart on xbox has this glitch. Several other people have this glitch and you guys have taken your sweet time trying to even figure it out and it doesn't even remotely make sense at all. You think you'd want us to be playing the game on those accounts. This is completely unreasonable.

It’s absolutely unacceptable this hasn’t been addressed.  If the refund route is a possibility I may inquire, I have heirloom shards, crafting materials and even a bit of coins I’ve been saving for this next season, (literally my own money sitting on my account I can’t access) and it’s quite frustrating.  I’m sitting here trying to give you more of my money for a game I enjoy and you guys can’t maintain performance with the insane profits you gain off this game alone.

@EA_Kent So I read that around 22.01(same time as these problems started for a lot of us), the individual auth servers for ps4, xbox and pc have been taken down. All platforms are now using the crossplay auth server.. Why isn’t this being talked about? Have this been taking into consideration? 

At this point I'm gonna go to bank and contest every charge for apex. I've spent well over 3,000$ on my account my account alone not including others. This has become a serious issue and the ea team hasn't done anything to even try to fix it. I addressed this a long time ago now. If this was fortnite or some other game they'd have fixed this by now and that's actually sad. I'm a season 0 player and have countless hours spent on the game. This is financially stressful and mentally honestly.

I honestly don’t know what to feel at this point because I know apex is a free to play game and players can invest further if they want but I feel like some injustice has been done in the fact that we’ve all invested a lot based on our time spent playing the game. I hoping with the new season update will be able to play tomorrow but the fact there has been no new details in its investigation makes me feel like it’s unlikely. I’ve been through something like this with this game before with the level 500 bug so the fact it’s happening game makes me lose faith in the game I once loved. I think everyone of the players here reporting this issue are probably the most devoted to the game and we probably won’t get to enjoy the begging of the new s season has everyone else is beyond me. Again I thank you guys for your time and effort into looking into the issue and I know your guys team is working hard to resolve it but it just doesn’t seem right seeing the new season is tomorrow @EA_David @EA_Kent @EA_Aljo 

It's amazing that I can log in right away on Smurf but not my main account that's literally on the same ps4! Same connection! Same everything except email. That's really just amazing. So all of people who have this glitch have spent the last 2 weeks grinding a newer account or just haven't played at all. That's super strange. How come it only happened to high level players? Everyone that has commented on this thread so far has a ton of kills and what seems to be like a pretty expensive account. At least from what I'm understanding. Is that just coincidence? Even a #1 player for a legend has the same glitch on the Xbox platform. I'm sure we'd all love some actual answers. Not just "we're working on it" like give us a reason that this is happening.

So I  got the season 8 update and still can’t play on my account due to code net. At this point I don’t know what to say just honestly disappointed, the first day of the new season and I’m not able to enjoy it due to this code net error. And I suppose if I ask again it’s still being investigated ??. Can someone at EA please tell me what I can do because at this point I’m past being frustrated just lost faith and disappointed. Is there any way we can play the new season because the issue still persists even with the new season update. Or can I be refunded for the money I’ve invested in heirlooms or such because I just don’t understand how this is possible 

I also just did the update and I'm sick to my stomach. I can't believe how bad this is. We've waited 2+ weeks now and got nothing from any of you. If I can't get on it by tomorrow I'm gonna go to my bank and contest all of the charges for apex I've ever made. This actually disgusting. Sony can bill you guys once I'm done, I'm over this.

I’m actually begging at this point ? Just a response please. It’s the first day of the new season and some of the games most dedicated players cannot play ?. And the code net issue is still being looked, will we even get to play season 8 of apex at all v

Some answers would be great. Even just a response at this point. All I can see on my case is that it's in progress. 

At this point I just hope it’s fixed sooner rather than later, because I just feel like an idiot knowing all I’ve worked for on my account is basically gone from me 

We may have some other issues once we get back into our accounts as well....my friends say I’m no longer in the club that I started on that account...makes me wonder if anything else is messed up.

Every time I check Twitter on this issue more and more people are starting to report the same thing . So it makes wonder when will this next patch be released sometime soon or half way through the season 

This also seems to be coincided with a ton of pc accounts being hacked, those accounts being used by cheaters to farm heirlooms, and then attempting to sell the accounts. People who hadn’t played in weeks/months logged in to play the new season to be met with no coins/crafting mats, or worse yet a message saying their account was banned because the cheater got banned while using their account. The number of people affected by issues that are NOT FIXABLE is insane. At this point every single person affected by this should be getting MINIMUM 15000-20000 apex coins as even a base starting point to try and win favor back with the people supporting this game. As it stands EA will never get a dime of my money ever again.
