Why the * did you release season 8 without fixing this bug. I haven’t been able to the * game. $2000 dollars in my account and you can’t fix this bug. What the hell I have been apart of this game for 2 years now without complaining about the lack of updates, the game breaking bugs, and the overpriced skins that I buy because I enjoy this game but all you have done is * me over time and time again and all I ask is to fix a bug that stops me from playing the game and you don’t, this is not ok. I this fixed now, not in a couple months * NOW or give me at least my $2000 back. Please fix this. Also one of the community managers (Community manager David)saw my original post messaged me and did nothing with it.

”My Gamertag is Derrick24Prime and since 01/17/21 I cant get passed the continue screen, all it says is connection timed out. If I use my friends account it works just fine. But when its my $2000 account it doesn’t work. Please fix this a soon as possible I really dont want to miss the release of season 8.”
