I just would like to say thank you to the developers of apex because the game has brought me immense joy since it’s release but throughout that period I’ve also had issues which have affected on an immense scale. Two weeks before the end of season 7 I expressed that’s there was an issue in which a code net message would prevent me from leaving the server virtually making the game unplayable. No matter how many times I pressed x I could not advance and would receive this error message. Since then I have spoke with other people on the EA Bug reports page who also experienced along with other representatives at EA and they said it is a bug they’re investigating. So no matter what trouble shoot was suggested I was assured the issue was one in which players could not fix. The thing I don’t understand is no matter how many times I’ve tried to spread this issue in hopes it gets fixed I’m ignored, some posts are taken down on the bug reports page and have been given no clear idea on when a fix could arrive. I’ve invested over 2000 dollars on my account and it’s precious to me but at this point I’ve just lost all hope in terms of expecting a fix. It already hurt knowing the new season is today and I wasn’t able to play but the fact that their is no clear communication on this issue is just incomprehensible. I’ve asked this already but are the people responsible for providing fixes and patches aware/ consider this a major issue because other players are experiencing this as well.
I’M SURE MY MESSAGE WILL GO UNANSWERED AS THE OTHER ONES BUT IT HURTS TO KNOW A GAME THAT HAS BROUGHT ME SO MUCH JOY AND HELPED WITHIN MY OWN LIFE NOW BARELY BEEN THERE ESPECIALLY SINCE I WASN’T ABLE TO PLAY THE FIRST DAY OF THE NEW SEASON.
