I have a solution for the PC players that is going to work for most people.

First, we need to understand what we're trying to do: to break the loop and log in. How? We want to disrupt the packets sent from their server when you log in. With what? I recommend is using a simple software program to throttle your packets and UL/DL speed of a particular app on your PC.

Here's what to do:

  1. Download Netlimiter 4 (Google it, I don't want to link it here).
  2. Install the program and open it to see a list of programs running (it has a free trial to use in full for 28 days).
  3. Launch Apex Legends and then tab out and back to the Netlimiter program.
  4. Find Apex Legends on the list of items in Netlimiter. When you select it, you will see a series of arrows on the right side. Select the 'down' arrow for download speed settings and 'up' arrow for upload speeds.
  5. Set both your download and upload limit to 150KB/sec.
  6. Tab back into the Apex Legends game and connect normally. It will take a while sitting on the connect to lobby screen but will eventually place you into your lobby (on average, the wait will be 30-60secs).
  7. Clear all of the reward notifications that show up on the splash screen. Do this relatively quickly, as you will likely get an "anti-cheat program cannot initiate" error that boots you before too long. (Don't worry, it's only a temporary error auto disconnecting you because it cannot get Easy Anti-Cheat to load using your throttled connection speed.)
  8. Remove all of the limit settings on Apex Legends in Netlimiter and close the program. 9. You should now be able to log in normally.

Updates & Notes:

  1. The 150KB/sec limit was what worked for me. If you still experience the loop, lower this number until it either works or it begins to timeout your connection. Everyone has a different internet threshold, so test what number works best for you.
  2. You do not need to close Apex and reopen it each time you try a new set of numbers. You simply tab out, change the number in Netlimiter, and go back into Apex to try to reconnect.

@MyPaperTiger Thank you for this amazing advice. It did it after 22 days of waiting for @respawn @Apex do do something about this issue that we have. I finnaly get passed trough the all achivements and i am inside of the game and i can play again. Thank you dude. 1000 tons of beers you deserve. Thanks also to ea/respawn/apex team for doing nothing but absolutley nothing in this 22 days. Its ok we have ppl that cannot play the game but we can add more reskined skins to purchase. I will never ever again spend money on this game. Tottally usless. 0 help. 

ITS A SHAME FOR YOU GUYS. A BIG SHAME. Its shame because it was needed for a ordinary guy to come with a guide how to pass trough the infinite loading screen. I would suggest you ALL THE DEVELOPERS AND ALL THIS STAFF TO REWARD US. EVERYONE WHO HAD THIS ISSUE AND WHO IS STILL HAVING THIS ISSUE. TO GIVE US A VERY NICE REWARD AND MAYBE JUST MAYBE, we can understand that you CARE about the COMMUNITY. Yes community means the peoples that are in that group. THIS FORUM IS A COMMUNITY BECAUSE WE PLAY YOUR GAME AND WE FORM A COMMUNITY. Without us you're nothing. SO I WILL TYPE WITH CAPS MAYBE JUST MAYBE A DEV WILL SEE THIS OR SOMEONE IMPORTANT.  YOU WANT USE TO KEEP YOUR RESPECT. BETTER YOU RESPECT US. PROVE THAT YOU CARE AND STEP FORWARD AND BRING SOME REWARDS. (And i will stop to dream. That's not gonna happen) Cheers and goodbye.

    Glad you finally got it working. Sucks the code:net folks are still screwed with no resolution in sight, but I hope those with the reward spam issue can take a minute to try out the netlimiter solution to get it cleared and get back to slaying!

        Damn, you ever get that feeling you wish you had a DIFFERENT bug then the one you actually got. Well I am having Bug envy right now. Wish someone could come up with a fix for my BS infinite Server select screen issue.
