Never got apex packs from the lvl cap change

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Not relevant.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I never got the apex packs from the lvl cap change. I found this out after my friends got tons of packs and legend tokens. I contacted an EA advisor and confirmed my suspicions.
What should be happening instead? Get the missing apex packs and legend tokens that i deserve
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know.

After a quick reddit search i saw that the lvl cap has been increased and people that played before the lvl cap got a lot of apex packs and legend tokens. It seems i have been left behind tho

It seems that there is some kind of bug due to which you haven't been given the rewards yet. However, here, nothing to worry about. I have found solution for you.

Read proof picture again. It says level 100 players will get 14 Apex packs.
Anything else is just a bug! The bug happened to your friend and he got more rewards.
Reward system changed after 51 level.
You were around 65 level so i think you get 5-6 Apex packs and that's all. Do you remember getting 5-6 Apex packs?
