Never received crafting materiel from leftover Season 2 event currency

I played season 2 apex legends almost daily for the most part. I had to take a few weeks off because of personal health issues. For a time frame, I stopped playing about a week before the wraith portal thing was added into the map. Prior to this, I was playing this game religiously. There was an event in-game taking place that allowed players to complete additional challenges daily / weekly for a new form of in-game currency to spend on banner frames, weapon skins, etc. This currency was supposed to transfer over to crafting materials after the event had ended. I probably had a couple hundred of whatever sort of material this was. When I logged on to play yesterday after a few weeks of NOT playing, I noticed my crafting material amount was the same amount as when I stopped playing. I know this for a fact because I had been saving up for a legendary wraith skin and I was maybe around 50ish crafting material short. Logging on yesterday and still being 50ish short, I know for a fact that the currency I was supposed to receive, was never received. I have already tried contacting support through online and phone call and they have lead me in circles, not helping at all. Has anyone else had this issue?
