New ALGS Twitch Drops make old drops disappear

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. absolutely nothing

What happens when the bug occurs? it does not show me having the badge or tracker in my inventory even though I own them.
What should be happening instead? it should instead have me be able to use the badge and tracker as I own them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click on Mirage and check badges and trackers and if it is missing either one even though you have redeemed the twitch drop then it is the same bug

I was playing Apex Legends and it turns out that I am missing both the Honorable Mention and Lifetime Wins Tracker from the ALGS Winter Circuit are missing on my account as a whole (on mainly PC, and occasionally PS4 and Switch) even though I had redeemed the drops on Twitch months ago when the event was going on. I still have the banner pose and frame in my account but the badge and tracker are missing completely with no idea why they are gone completely or if it is tied to me having something else like the Mirage Edition bundle. I went to Twitch support asking for help and was told "If you have problems with receiving your in-game reward after claiming a Drop, please contact customer support for that respective game developer. The Twitch Support team does not have the ability to issue in-game rewards, or troubleshoot benefit redemption, so we are unable to assist further in this case." Contacting EA help has also not solved the problem so instead I was redirected to Answers HQ to write a post here in hopes the game team will be able to help me further with my problem. I have included ingame screenshots showing the missing things in my account and a screenshot of my twitch inventory page showing that I had claimed them and how long ago that was. I hope I can get some help with this issue as it has taken too much time out of my day to deal with and has me worried if other things could vanish from my account as well in the future like this badge and tracker.
