Good news, Respawn released an update to fix the missing Twitch drops and I got all of them back!
Even “The Champion” charm, which is now named “You Are The Champion” in-game.

What happens when the bug occurs? My Mirage ALGS drops that I had equipped all disappeared. I lost a few of them a few months back, the wins tracker, and the 'metal collector' frame just disappeared today when I claimed the new ALGS rewards that are unlocked today. It seems the older twitch drops are disappearing as we unlock new twitch drops. Please fix this - I love the metal collector frame.
What should be happening instead? I should still have my drops.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an account with EVERY twitch drop ever made, and unlock today's drops. You will lose the older ones.

If you had it all and equipped them it's the server issue they didn't update your account data and used an old one on server so you lost your twitch drop (if you have any evidence that you owned them or maybe a twitch notification you can contact support and ask them to add the data to your account (this is the only way if they don't help you, you lost those skins sorry)) another thing, there is a chance that skins may come back to your account but its time-consuming
