New Event not showing

My Apex is claiming it’s up to date and I can’t access any of the new event and I can’t play with my friends..

    Hey everyone, thanks for the continued patience.

    I'm seeing the update is now available on PS5, so please give that a shot when you're next able to try.

    If it doesn't pop up on its own, try hitting the options button on the Apex game tile and selecting Check for Update, which should pull that right up.

    Let me know if you're still having any issues getting the update after that point!

    Sorry you're having some trouble getting this to show up.

    Which platform do you play on, and which country are you in?

    We are looking into an issue that may prevent PS5 players from seeing the patch in North America currently, but please let us know if that doesn't apply to your situation.

    Hello, I am using PS5 to play. My PSN account is in Hong Kong and I have not received any update notifications on my end either...

    I’m having the same problem too on my ps5 everything is up to date but I can’t see the new skins or the event

    I also have a ps5 and cant play with my friends, or see the collection event

    I also have ps5 and my game is not showing the new event can’t join my frands eather they haveing fun without me

    apparently the PS4 version works perfectly fine so if you still have your PS4 or you want to still play with them, just download the PS4 version but also wait a few minutes because it will tell you that you are logged into another device
