I couldn't agree more. This is an incredibly frustrating issue. I believe Switch lobbies should have been set to have crossplay switched off by default, to help ease matchmaking issues. I also wholeheartedly agree with disabling or loosening Skill-Based Matchmaking for a time, to ease matchmaking further. This game has quickly become one of my favourites on the Switch and I'd hate to not be able to queue into a switch-only lobby.
I really hope one of the EA help staff notices this thread, cause I tried posting a thread in the technical issues forum, but haven't had an EA response, and I posted that on Monday.
