Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Nintendo Switch, turn off crossplay. Select any type of game (duos, trios) wait for hours, nothing happened. I cannot find players, it says that only 1 player (me) and I just keep waiting.

but one of moderator closed this topic with no solution/explanation.
My point of view: I tried to play this game but the fact that I am in disadavantage against players on console and PC (in terms of frame rate, network connection, graphics, limited controls - e.g.: not able to set up dead zones and advanced controls, etc.) it is impossible to play crossplay. The second thing is, I do not know why I was eliminated by ex-Masters so I am assuming also your matchmaking system is kinda off, because from your updates I could not grab any case that would match me.

Can you provide statement on how you are going to deal with this? Or what is your view on this issue? Or at least some explanation?
