What happens when the bug occurs? We are fighting with another team and i can't hear when another team using the zipline or flying on me with jump tower. Or when a Gibraltar running on me i don't hear his steps.
What should be happening instead? I want to hear the steps or zipline or the flying people.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just playing some match in Apex and you can find the bug in your first match in Train Yard or Skyhook.

What happens when the bug occurs? No enemy audio plays
What should be happening instead? I should hear enemies footsteps and sound effects such as pathfinders pistons moving or caustics suit etc.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Normal gameplay
No matter what distance how quite other audio in the game is or any situation I cannot hear any audio cues from enemies, no footsteps, no character sounds, nothing. People have walked up to literally a couple of steps behind me before firing while no gunfire or any other sound effects have been going and have made no sounds till they shot. Please fix it is very annoying and deeply affects decision making in-game when I can hear enemy players in any situation.
It's so annoying, I land and get punches towards me yet no steps. Cmon ea and respawn get it together. Your customer service is helpful but it's not my network connection its the fact you guys don't address the issues. Even streamers or saying they don't hear steps. Love the game I support the game but you don't care.
