Hello, in ranked arena season 10 I reached rank predator, but I did not maintain it. In the apex site it was written that in arena at the end of the season you get the reward of the highest rank you have reached in the season. Then why at the start of season 11 I received the master rewards and not the predator? I also have a picture to prove it, in-game name is IamFederic0.

Just to clarify, you may see those earlier dive trails (S3-9) disappear again, which is normal. Typically the dive trails will only last for the season after they're earned.
Those earlier dive trails may be showing up again temporarily as a side-effect of this situation but don't be alarmed if they disappear again shortly.
The S10 rewards should be sticking around for the entirety of S11 however, so do let us know if the S10 rewards vanish again.
Arenas Ranked is supposed to award badges based on the highest tier reached right being that it doesn't have a split or anything. I hit top 100 Pred for Arenas the second week of S10. After I dropped out but stayed in master. Today I start season 11 with only received Master badges?!? Please rectify this I went viral on Tiktok for achieving this goal while in the Hospital. It doesn't seem fair that I don't receive rewards for a rank that I did hit. My gamertag on PSN is iiTzBlitz_, and my email is [edit: email address removed] I'm hoping this gets fixed fast because for now I'm done playing Apex
@EA_MakoHello, can You please help me, i reached arena predator in season 10, and then i did not mantained it because on the site it was written that at the end of the season the rewards will be based on the highest rank reached... but now i received master reward instead of predator, not according to what was wrotten on the apex site... i spent money and time on apex so i am really upset too see that i have not received what i was expecting according to the ranked arena system site
