Hi folks, you should get the missing rewards when you log in at the start of Season 12.

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I have completed the treasure packs for season 11 and it states I've unlocked the rewards for completion but I can't access them. They EVA-8 skin is not in my skin list, I didn't receive the 10 BP stars as far as I'm aware and I don't get a treasure pack to open.
What should be happening instead? I should be receiving the rewards for completeing the treasure packs, all 45
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I would just like to have these items in my game since I've earned them

ye im on steam and i finished getting the treasure packs yesterday, it didnt show the pack, eva skin, and no bp stars, idk if it gives it at end of season? but if not it might be bugged
Community AdminI didn’t received my treasure packs rewards after finishing it... I’ve even bought the last treasure pack with 25 of mine Apex coins... Please HELP!
None of the rewards were registered (Apex pack, Eva skin and 10 BP stars) even though the game understands that i’ve completed it by checking all the final rewards
Ps: I have all the normal rewards, the only ones that i didn’t got were the final ones (Pack, Eva skin and 10 BP stars)
Collected all of the treasure packs for all the first 45 days (was a grind) and here at the end of it I do not have the items in my possession even though they are checked off as received. The Apex pack, epic Eva-8 skin and 10 stars have not added into my account for this season. Please help. If anyone else is having this problem, speak out
My username is bloodmoon havnt recieved my treasure pack rewards for completing all the dailys.
Unfortunately this is not the first season this has happened.
I'm on nintendo switch, we do not get much love or attention despite the hours and effort placed into your game.
Please can you try and resolve this.
