Hi folks, you should get the missing rewards when you log in at the start of Season 12.

Completed 45/45 treasure packs and didn't receive any of the final rewards.

What happens when the bug occurs? I didn’t receive the apex pack, or the Eva 8 skin, and the battle pass stars
What should be happening instead? I should receive the rewards I previously mentioned
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know to be honest
