Hi folks, you should get the missing rewards when you log in at the start of Season 12.

I’ve got a similar issue on Xbox One. I wasn’t paying much attention when it happened so I don’t know which outcome is the correct one, but I either A: got all the rewards from the collection, but I’m missing the rewards from my newly unlocked battle pass level. Or B: I got the skin and pack, but I’m missing the battle pass stars from the treasure pack collection. Unfortunately, I can’t remember what battle pass tier I was on when I spent 25 coins to get the last treasure pack.

No treasure pack rewards given all chests and comic completed
Treasure pack prize troubles still! I figured after after this update they would fix. Wrong.

Although all 45 packs have been obtained and the game says the rewards have been given I am still missing the eva skin and Apex back not the completion of the quest.
