This first came up just before the holiday break, which is likely a factor in it taking a while to address.

You guys are really bad at announce.
There are a lot of bugs in this game, which are inevitable and can be fixed later.
The problem is that you know about them, but you don't show them to us, the players.
In the past, there have been weeks of PC players having problems with the game taking nearly 10 minutes to play due to unknown loading every time they start up, and you've silently addressed the issue by adding a shader loading screen in a later patch.
The problem has been fixed, but I was totally disgusted.
Can you please make a list of the current problems and make it available in-game at all times?
If this information had been available, I would have said "OK, another bug, I'll just wait it out.
Of course, some of these bugs can be exploited to crash the whole game!
But for bugs that don't affect the game, like this one, it's okay to announce it in-game.
Known problem? Where is it written?
Only a few people, including myself, use ANSWERS HQ, and even those who follow the official Apex and Respawn Twitter feed are few and far between on the whole.
A quick response is important.
