Hi folks, you should get the missing rewards when you log in at the start of Season 12.

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I had just gotten back to the lobby and only received some crafting metals from the apex pack i had collected but did not get the entire reward

What happens when the bug occurs? I didn't get my final rewards after collecting 45/45 apex packs
What should be happening instead? I should've been given the final rewards after collecting 45/45 apex packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe by trying to look at the game
So today I decided to get on and play a match of apex because I had one more treasure pack to get, so i get in a match, collect a treasure pack, died with 4 squads, left and went back to the lobby. As I got pack to the lobby I received 15 crafting metals as a reward for collecting the treasure pack but to my surprise I never got the final rewards for collecting 45/45 packs. I also had another issue like this after the Raiders event had concluded where I was given the rewards except the apex pack that should’ve been included with the rewards was never given to me.
