Non-English Player Names Not Displayed Correctly

Starting season 7 I have sees a lot of incorrectly formatted, very long player names like this: \u2020(\u0e4f\u032f\u2020\u0421hiChi Some are even longer and look like possible Unicode characters that are not being displayed correctly.What should be happening instead? Either do no accept unicode characters in player names or convert them correctlySteps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find a player who has a username with Unicode characters in it - e.g. Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian.‌Here's a screen shot of one of the incorrect player names. I have seen more but don't have screen shots of them.
