None of my Diamond Skydive trails are there anymore

Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. i dont know
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. playing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know

What happens when the bug occurs? I was skydiving in and my diamond skydrive trails isn’t there anymore

My skydive trails are not populating in my ‘load out’ menu. If you check my stats I’ve been diamond twice so I should have 2 trails and it was working earlier before I loaded up a game and they were randomly gone. I became a diamond again last season. It doesn't show up again. Please fix this problem!!!.

    The Skydive trails were bugged for a while, resulting in players keeping their trails from previous seasons.

    This issue has been patched a while ago, though this should only affect dive trails from older seasons.

    As far I'm aware, by any means the skydive trail from a previous season should still stay, though i could be wrong.

    So as for your older dive trails disappearing, seems to be normal behaviour.

    But that trail from the previous season might be good to have that looked at.

    I have this same problem, I hit diamond in season 9 and my trail has now disappeared however I’ve seen people with both the s9 and s8 diamond trail. (I’m on Xbox)

    Hey there Rabbit, dive trails are indeed supposed to stay for one season.

    You've seen other players with these trails too since other accounts were also affected by this bug, so the dive trails from older seasons should be gone now.

    If you are missing a dive trail from the previous season, then there might be an issue.

    This didn’t really answer my question, I’m wondering why I’ve lost my trail but I’ve seen people using the exact same trail that I had

    If I'm correct, all the trails from the same rank should look the same through every season.

    The reason you're still seeing players use them is that they've earned it from last season.

    I became a diamond last season. Are you an authorized owner?

    I am playing the game from beta this is my second account.

    I finished in the diamond league for 4-5 seasons. Other people didn't disappear either, disappeared on some accounts. This is a problem how and when will it be removed that is the question. 

    Please someone with authority reply to this thread.

    Each different season has its own unique dive trail so season 8 is different to season 9 and 10 dive trails so I know what season it was earned and I have seen people using the season 9 dive trail, I’d like to know why they get to keep it but I don’t. (No offence but you don’t seem to fully understand the ranked rewards I’m trying to upload the 3 trails currently in the game to show you)

    Just to clarify I’ve seen all of these being used since mine has disappeared and I want to know why mine has gone but they can still use there’s

    Thank you for clarifying that, I did not know there was such a difference between dive trails.

    Probably not all accounts have had their dive trails removed then, since i don't have a direct link i cannot ask.

    Though we can expect these accounts to also lose their dive trails in the near future as intended.

    As it may seem unfair for now, they are trying to make sure it's cleaned from all accounts.

    Maybe they weren't aware that some accounts still had their previous dive trails, they might look into this soon.

    Let's also hope for an official response in this thread, could help out a lot.
