Not Gaining Ranked Points after a win

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Near Lava Fissure on Highway
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. We had just won the match
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? at least 4
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Tuesday, June 8th, 2021. Around 6pm MST
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I won a ranked game in a Predator match with Max kill points. When loading out of the game, my game summary was from the game before, and it was as if the game never happend. 190 hard earned points down the drain for no reason. Did not get a code net or any error message. Both of my teammates received all of their points.
What should be happening instead? I need my 190 rp from that match applied to my account.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have screenshots, when the game was played on our Club timeline, it shows on apex tracker that I should of received the points as well.
