Not getting my rewards for raiders event and the prize tracker is not working

    Hi folks, we have a small update on this, please be sure to log into the game later today (10AM PST is the usual update time) and before Jan 4th

@Saric_Lionnet14 Interestingly, I do see the skin being added to your account a few hours after the post, do you have it now? If so did that happen to coincide with hitting the 4k point reward?

@EA_DavidI do not have the skin even after hitting the 4k point reward, as well as the 4k point award itself. it is strange that I do not have them in my account even after all this though you say it was added to my account. I see this is happening to a lot more people now. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.
