I've had a similar experience where they'll go to the Legend selection screen and by the time I join in, the featured Legend I picked was already selected. If this is happening to you a lot I recommend refreshing your connection to the EA servers. Check out the basic connection troubleshooting steps below to see if that quickly clears this up for you.

I keep having the same issue but I'm on ps4. We even try swapping party leaders and it always keeps one of us from joining the game. And I can't seem to find any solution or get any support

I have this issue for a whole month now.
Just leave and rejoin the squad. Rinse and repeat after every match.

I freeze before the game even begins while loading, prior to selecting a player. I can be in a squad, not in a squad, training or not training. Always crashes when trying to load and get an error.
Freezes on the Kings Canyon page.
- 6 years ago@EA_Blueberry I have had this issue too for over 7-8 months now and I've tried all of these guides and nothing seems to work. I've deleted save data, uninstalled game, reformatted my PS4 and nothing has worked. Do you have any more solutions other than quitting after every single game??

Nope, min/max ping is ~15/100ms. Packet loss 0% (Screenshot attached)
Edit: can I just add I am getting this issue on PS4 just to clarify. this test was done on my laptop right next to my ps4 ~10m away from my router 1 room across.
