Not joining match when match starts

@EA_Blueberry thanks, I'll try the port forwarding and let you reply what I find. 

But one thing I don't understand is why would I be getting such a high ping for something like this but actually playing the game I'm getting good ping. while in-game I'm able to play without any lag or stutter but my ping could be causing this? Since I have a better internet connection than most of my friends and I'm the only one getting the issue (and I've tried using 2 different ISPs to test but got no change).

In the time since having this issue, I've redownloaded Titanfall 2 and played some online of that and it works great. Good ping good connection status and no getting out of sync with lobbies. Is there something different to how Apex is handling out of game lobbies? do the servers that handle the out of game lobbies reside only in US or something?

Just trying to understand the issue.

I contacted my ISP support and they did not understand why you were suggesting I do. I've attached some screenshots that might help diagnose what an issue might be. Ping to my nearest data centre is 80 any my internet connection is fine. Could you provide a reason why my ping would suddenly go up to 400+ when disconnecting from a game?

I don't really see anything else I can do here to solve this issue or how it's related to my internet connection. These tests have been done with moderate use of the internet at the same time so not optimal conditions. I get seeds of 130+mb/s download and 8+mb/s upload.

If this is an issue then needs fixing on my end, could you please explain what's happening in more detail so I can try and help fix it?

But this is clearly an issue a lot of other people are having, I even found a news article about it as the first listed google search.

Hello, this is definitely an issue experienced by many, particularly on PS4 at least. I have ~10 friends IRL who play, and 4 of us have been affected by this since launch. After each game, we have to leave the lobby and be reinvited each time, it is honestly a really bad user experience. Sometimes people get bumped into game and we'd have to leave and reinvite just to get in together. It sucks. I've made and commented on a lot of posts about it too on reddit, you can search there.

Since there are more people commenting on this issue (+all the web articles, + the Reddit posts, + all the other bug reposts and support tickets I could link you too), is this a 'Popular' enough issue to actually do something about?  

I Have looked on all parts of the internet and not found any way to solve this issue but found plenty of people having it, and you guys don't seem to be taking it seriously at all. Can we all get a response other than 'you have bad internet'.  I Have tried 3 ISPs, 3 Wi-Fi routers, 2 Consols, Reinstalling game, COMPLETELY REFORMATING MY PS4, wand just waiting it out. I have asked multiple time what I can do to help diagnose a problem as I have tried everything capable on my side. 

Well, me and one of my friend having same issue since season 4, my other friend is okey tho we couldnt find out why. Its pc btw, we tried to reinstall game, proxies, vpns, different routers, even reinstall windows. nothing worked

Simone else with the same issue has done an ou trace and mas come back much better than mine. Is there anything you can do about this now?

When you ready up for a match , the check mark appears , but it says “ party not ready “ it also doesn’t register my gamertag calling me “player ” or “unknown” I play on ps4 so when this happens I usually close the application and start over but this doesn’t fix the problem. I also restart my ps4 but when I log back into apex the same thing happens. The game doesn’t let me send invites or join squads to play because I am “unknown” or a “player” and it continues to say party not ready . The game wouldn’t let me join the firing range nor do the training . Please fix this issue EA 

I had this exact problem but I noticed it started happening after I connected my PS4 via gigabit internet switch.. I get 350 down and 200 up on Speedtest on PS4 and no other device connected to the switch is experiencing any connectivity issues.
