Not joining match when match starts

Every now and then I have a similar bug, but it happens when I solo queue, and it also almost always happens after I join a premade party of two, fill it, but then quit from the party. In the friendlist it shows the friend's ID followed by a "PARTY FULL", even if the party is no longer full as I left, and when queueing alone during this state, it connects me into matches but I'm stuck in the lobby forever. It never fixes itself and the only way to exit this state is to restart the game.
