Not receiving Apex Packs or tokens after new level cap
According to the new level cap, it says that level 2 after prestige (after hitting lvl 500 already) should give an apex pack, I reached lvl 2 and it showed me that I got an Apex pack, yet when I go to the lobby, I don't have the pack at all, I even tried going to the store and apex packs section and it's not there either, I thought maybe if I play another match It'll update but it didn't, this also happened with the battle pass legendary pack, however with the battle pass one, after I played a match it updated and showed me it's there and I opened it, but with the level 2 pack, it never showed up.
Update: Apparently the devs are aware of this and are investigating the issue now, as you can see by their trello tracker

Hi everyone, a fix has rolled out for this now, you should see your packs and missing tokens when you get in-game. Remember you can check your token balance by highlighting your currency tab.
