Not receiving the "Earn-10-star-bonus" when also regularly getting a BP level-up

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Got out of the match and received a star

What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive the "Earn-10-Star-Bonus"
What should be happening instead? I should be getting 2 levels as I'm regularly leveling up in the battle pass while also getting the 10-star-bonus
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? level the battle pass manually.. shouldn't be a problem for devs
Well it's the "Earn 10 stars to get a whole battle pass level". When I'm at 9/10 stars for the next level in the battle pass and also at 9/10 stars at the "Earn 10 stars to get a whole battle pass level" and then get the one missing star, I only receive 1 battle pass level where as i think it should be 2 as I'm getting a regular level up + the "Earn 10 stars to get a whole battle pass level". But every time i get into the described scenario I only receive 1 level.. could potential cost me money if i don't reach the end of the battle pass in time
