    @PistolSkin I am not seeing Vantage information again in Trios again but not in the Firing range as shown in many videos online.

The dummies are not enemies. So you will get no info in the firing range when you scan the dummies.

In trios etc the passive works just fine.

    Thanks for letting me know @Asmodeus566. I was not seeing information in Pubs either but that has started working now. Videos and images like this in the firing range make it even more confusing when you don't see what they see in the firing range:
