- What is your Origin ID?
- Do you have any streaming/recording software running when this happens?
- Does this happen with a specific Legend team makeup?
- Does it happen often when you're doing a specific action in game? If so, what is it?
- Do you lag at all before this occurs?
- Do you play on a home, business, or school network?
- How many friends were grouped up with in the lobby before you received this message in that game?
- What type of router do you have?

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No, One squad mate had the message pop up but did not get kicked
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 1-2
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 2019-02-19 And time 21:39, also but happened all day on 19/02/2019 from 18:00
How often does the bug occur? 1 in 5 games
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay. Kicks out of game to lobby. Message stays on screen
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the notification "Party leader has quit" And i disconnect from game back to lobby
What should be happening instead? I should still be playing the game i was in.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't Know.
