Octane jump pad nerf or bug

I'm right there with you man. I can't tell if this is a bug related to them fixing previous issues from last season, and I suppose it's also possible that the extra height from before was never intentional as many players didn't know it existed. However I hope this change is reverted as well, the jump pad without the extra height makes it almost useless for positioning when before I felt like if you were a good octane there was no limit to the plays you could pull off and the positions you could move to
