Octane jump pad sound bug/glitch

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Just about anywhere and/or everywhere in the map
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. First, I used my squad mates Octane jump pad and heard the sound it makes when used, then the jump sound kept repeating at odd intervals and didn't stop

What happens when the bug occurs? The jumping sound for Octane's jump pad keeps going off, even when not in use. Different audio clips for the jump pad can occur. The sounds do not cease, it may seem like it does then it comes back. So far I've played at least 2 games with an Octane and the bug always occurs. The pad itself sometimes isn't in use when the sounds play. Sounds continue even when the pad is across the map. Not tested, but may be worse the more pads placed in the game.
What should be happening instead? The sound should play only once when the pad is used
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as Octane or have someone else play him, then throw a jump pad and launch yourself, the sound bug/glitch is likely to occur
