Octane stim and bloodhound ult increase mouse sens

This is neither a bug nor a game feature because it doesn't change your sensitivity at all, only the FoV. I went into firing range, tested both, even with Bangalore, It is just your FoV and making you faster technically NEEDING a faster DPI if you are strafing.
