Octanes “Dark Streak Galaxy Skin Missing from my account”
Hi, so I need a professional EA employee to actually help me put octanes DARK STREAK GALAXY SKIN BACK INTO my account due to it was a FREE EARNED reward from the Uprisng Event along with the Galaxy R-99 Skin and I noticed they were not in my account two weeks ago . I have now wasted about a month trying to get EA Help to do anything and to find out after 3.5 weeks they are useless and cannot do anything wish somebody would have told me that the first few days that I got a response instead of going back and forth eating numerous days in between for a response just informing me that they are working on this issue. Its such a shame that I’m being TREATED LIKE * as I have spent literal thousands of dollars on this game since Season 5 I own around 16 heirlooms and have SUPPORTED these people and the fact that they have not done a damn thing for me regarding the 1 issue I have had regarding agaian a FREE Skin is such a let down and * customer service. If I don’t see that Octane Skin in my account in the next week or so I’m done supporting this company and this game will be dead to me just like their customer service is now. Somebody Please help this is the last attempt to get somebody to do their simple job.
