Octane's Heirloom is BUGGED

What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever you use the Octane heirloom weapon, it doesn't display correctly to people looking at you. Instead of a cool idle animation, the animation is set to hold your butterfly knife like a handgun. This is especially disappointing as an Octane main who paid a bunch of money to get the heirloom. I understand that it looks fine, but my squadmates literally come up and laugh at me because I have, without question, the worst heirloom.
What should be happening instead? You should be holding the butterfly knife like a knife, and not a handgun that is clipped halfway into your hand.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Literally look at any player using Octane with the heirloom weapon equipped.
